Nice! I was here last week for the 1/2 price burgers and I always ask for whatever the sauce is on a burger or sandwich to be on both buns...like it would in real life if you're making one at home. And....They did it!! Not only was it made like I asked but it seemed like this assistant mgr young man was making sure it was actually done! Really appreciate it!
I had a super bad almost face punch pull them through the drive thru experience here in the past with an unprofessional young girl playing games filling my drink halfway in the drive thru and I hadn't been back for over a year now. I may be brave enough to get a drink soon if it's got real people working here now! -

OMG I haven't been to sonic in a while but I remembered the Supreme breakfast burrito being fresh, big full of fresh tasting veggies that were scattered appropriately with a few properly placed tatter tots for crunch all served on a hot tortilla.
OK. So everything I stated above, that I was used to, is everything they screwed up at this location for me and my wife who got the same burrito (just to prevent the rewrite. SOOOO BAAAAD. If I could leave no stars I would
Just drive right past this place. If I can save 1 person the disappointment then my job is done here. -

Great service, quick, and got my order correct. I went to a couple of Sonics to get gift cards because their machine was down at other locations. This location had a working machine, nice lady to take my order, and even wrote the amounts very neatly on the cards. Exactly what I wanted. Great service.

Sunday afternoon. I ordered 1 sweet tea and 1 unsweet tea on the mobile app. I get to the location, pull up to the drive thru because it was 100 degrees outside and I thought I would make it easier for workers to not have to go out in the heat. I'm one of 2 cars in the drive thru and I tell them I'm picking up a mobile order and give them my name. The car ahead of me leaves. I pull up and wait about 12 minutes while the line behind me has filled up. Finally a girl opens the window and says "2 root beers". I say no and explain. She says I have to park in a stall. Frustrated because I've been there more than 15 minutes I ask for my drinks and the manager. I wait a few more minutes and a kid comes to the window and says they have to use a managers card to pick up mobile orders at the drive through. I exclaim my shock of incompetence. I tell him my drinks should be sitting there ready because my wait was supposed to be 5-7 minutes. He comes back. Gives me my drinks and I go home. I get home (not 5 minutes later) and I have hot sweet mango tea. So back I go to get my correct order. Can our young people be this inept? Wow
